No one asked me to write this, but I felt like I should.
We’re dealing with a really stressful situation right now with a slab leak in our hallway. If you’ve ever had something like that happen in your home, you know the feeling… it’s overwhelming and honestly a little scary.
Angel from Mac 5 came out to take a look, and I just want to say how much we appreciated the way he treated us. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything without making us feel rushed or pressured. That kind of respect means a lot when you’re already stressed about your home. He even followed up afterward, which most companies honestly don’t bother doing anymore. That alone told me a lot about the kind of people the owners have working for them.
We’re still trying to figure out how we’re going to handle the repair because times are tough right now and it’s just a hard season. But I will say this… out of everyone we’ve talked to, Mac 5 is the only company we actually feel comfortable trusting in our home. If their whole team is anything like Angel, then they’re doing something right over there. It’s good to know there are still companies in our community that care about people and not just the bottom line.
