Jorge Torres from Mac 5 did an outstanding job on the maintenance for our AC systems. I’m very particular about quality of work, and he honestly exceeded my expectations. He took his time, checked everything thoroughly, explained what he was doing, and didn’t give off that rushed “in and out” feeling that a lot of companies do nowadays.
You can tell he actually cares about doing the job correctly instead of just trying to get through the appointment as fast as possible. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Our systems are running great now.

The best service I have ever received as a home owner. Eddie and Edgar are not only superior technicians, they are great guys, polite and friendly. Worked until 1030 Pm to make sure we had a cool sleeping environment . I will never use anyone else for HVAC and plumbing. Also had water heater installed on the same day.
