These two techs were ninja, they checked every possible parameter of my aircon systems and explained everything they were doing, (I was interested to know). They were both very professional, friendly, and comprehensive in their approach. At no point did they try to up sell which is reassuring. I will be using their service again as its refreshing to find people who know what they are doing.

SUPER efficient and productive. We were quoted a 1-2 day completion time for our repiping project and Clinton and Anthony arrived first thing in the morning and were done by 3pm on a Friday. Very satisfied!

Doug (electrician) and JJ (apprentice) responded within 24 hours of my call regarding a “burned wire” smell coming from my ceiling fan/light fixture. Doug quickly diagnosed the problem…the fan motor was overheating and the fixture needed replacement. We will be selecting a new fixture and will call Mac 5 Services to do the installation.

I accidentally broke the pipe that connects to the toilet, huge mess! MAX 5 was great, they were able to squeeze me in the same day, which I appreciated since I had to turn the water main off until it was repaired. Clinton and Anthony attacked the project and were inside, in the attic and even outside changing the house from copper (which was leaking and the reason we called) to PEX which should keep this from happening again. Clinton, Anthony and MAC5 are appreciated for dealing with this. It's a huge headache to have a leak like this but they were fast and thorough in fixing things.

Doug came in and did a full inspection of our electrical system. He showed us things and answered all of our questions. We talked about some things that will need to be done sometime down the road and priced it out for us so we can plan and budget for it but did not try to hard sell us. I like that. He gave us information that will help us understand the mechanics of our system. We will definitely call Doug when we are ready to move forward on some of the things he recommended.

Mac 5 and especially my technician, Kevin Nunez rock! I called in the morning when we suddenly had no hot water and Kevin arrived promptly several hours later and what made it nice was that when I made the appointment they sent an app so I can follow my technicians progress. The company kept in touch with me almost continuously, and when Kevin came and assessed our situation, he was able to determine that a gas regulator was at fault. However, multiple supply houses did not have any which meant we may have had to have gone without hot water for another day. Kevin did not let that happen, he kept checking and re-checking supply houses until he found one. He left our home to get it and came back and fixed it in the pouring rain. It is Difficult for me to recall ever having had such a smooth and trouble free experience with any contractor or service provider. The level of quality, responsiveness and professionalism shown by the company and especially Kevin is unmatched! Thank you, Mac 5, I won’t hesitate to recommend you to all my neighbors.

It was so nice to have a compassionate service technician show up for my estimate for a new hot water heater. Ryan, arrived on time and explained my options, hybrid, tankless and a tank tankless. He was extremely helpful and courteous when our time was cut short due to an unexpected emergency with my dog. Instead of trying to pressure me to make a decision right then and there, he understood my concern for my animal and allowed me to tend to my emergency. My man Howard was the greatest guy to ever show up at my door step. Biggest friendly smile and ready to help but not before first explaining the process and what all he can help with. From there, he dove right in, elbow deep into a bunch of sludge I couldn’t begin to describe. Not only did Howard get rid of my initial issue but he went above and beyond to check out the rest of my drainage. Someone needs to get this man a cat or something for his hard work!

Dontevious was extremely helpful in getting my system running. Previously we reached out to MAC5 for help where we were refused by another. They sent John at first, which got us chilling. Dontevious followed up with his partner, with what should have been just a quick part exchange and be on his way, but with our luck that's never the case. He dedicated his time to go above and beyond his call to get everything situated, and even fixed some issues left by the other guy. And dont think your training didn't go unnoticed either. I've watched others come in and not communicate any teachings with their coworkers. Unknown to you, you were observed explaining wires and colors and went in depth of what they were so they understood, to the point i even felt confident enough in it. There was a lot of professionalism present and we're courteous to even want to wear booties to keep the floor clean.

When you need cold, dependable air, make sure you give these guys a call! There's a "disadvantage" program thats local and when they refuse to help, I called these guys. They sent me John, one of their senior techs, who not only helped get my home cooled off faster than my own temper from the "other guys", but found issues left by the same ones who installed it. Good thing this man was an electrical genius. Also nice to know the good man enjoys a Pepper with a PhD, diet of course! (Diet Dr. Pepper 😆)

Great job, very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. I rejected all options provided, but he presented them well and helped me to understand the need to have the Hard Start replaced as soon as possible. There was no charge for the inspection due to my membership.

Logan did a thorough electrical inspection of my family’s 33 year old home. He seems to be an honest person and genuinely eager to support his customers. He Installed some smoke detectors and improved grounding in some parts of the house including a surge protector, and gfi improvements. He seemed very knowledgeable in his craft, and took initiative to fix past workers’ lazy and unfinished work which a great quality to have because it shows he cares about his career and customers. My only suggestion for Mac 5 company is that there needs to be better communication between the office appointments to guests because there seems to be a disconnect in scheduling which is a shame bc all the work can be overshadowed by the office mistakes. If a worker is running 2 hours late, headquarters needs to relay the info before hand to the customers so customer then can let Mac 5 know if they’re even available to support the worker two hours later. Shit happens, and it’s understandable; but please jsut call or text for updates. Besides that Logan was professional and customer oriented. Thank you

Banged out the removal of whole home water softener and install of whole home carbon filtration system, repositioning of our hot water heater, and replacement valves under kitchen sink all in a days work! Definition of a true plumbing hero. Even after hours upon hours of being here, when all was said and done he even took the time to show, explain, and teach about everything he did for us, even was inviting to multiple questions we had. Would only request him for future plumbing needs if need be any at all!
