Our experience with Joe at MAC5 was above and beyond what we would have expected. We had problems with our plumbing and Joe assessed the issues and provided us with explanations for correcting the problems. Joe was very professional, explained everything in a way that we could understand, answered all of our questions and took great care with everything he did. We had a great experience with MAC 5, especially with Joshua Perryman, who serviced our air conditioners. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain his findings and recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that he didn’t just tell us what needed to be done—he explained the “why” behind his recommendations.

He also provided us with a folder containing our service information and coupons for future services, which was a nice extra touch. Joshua did a great job and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. We’ll definitely be using MAC 5 again!

I had a water heater timer that was buzzing. You could here it everywhere in the house. Joe inspected my system and then we talked over the solution. We decided the best way forward was to remove the timer. Joe went to work and he finished up in short order. Joe is a good guy who is clearly competent and fast. I have no problem reccomending him highly.

Mike came through and gathered the preliminary information he needed to perform his inspection. Afterwards, he told me where the leak was that was causing my increased water bill, and offered me several different options to address the problem from basic (flapper & valve) to full rebuild and reinstallation. I chose the latter because that option addressed an every facet of my problem completely. Mike arrived on time, was polite, and knowledgeable about what was needed. I used MAC5 to check for a plumbing leak at one of my rental properties.I received a text with the technician’s name and photo. Robert Bailey arrived early, was professional, thorough and provided a detailed report. He did not find a plumbing (thankfully) but took the time to check for other issues and offer solutions (such as standing rain water near the foundation.). I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

Torin was able to provide sink repairs that we needed to stop the leaking we were experiencing. He was professional throughout the process and provided more information than what was expected. The only thing I would improve on is providing appointment times but that seems more of a company issue than individual issue. I am busy and not provided a time when services would be available make it hard for me to do anything else. Other than that this company and plumber have my recommendation!

Isiah and Triston did a great job on replacing the duct work. They went above and beyond to make sure the ductwork was sealed and secure. They also replaced my electrical box and surge protector. The work was very good and has a real professional finish. When George came out to do our quote, he explained with detail what was needed we were sold on the professional knowledge right then and there. MAC 5 came in with the best quote price out of 4 quotes. Needless to say…….We are very pleased. Thank you to all the technicians and helpers involved. Luis is an asset to make 5. His expertise made the job go seamless and quick to make my air conditioner work. Doing the work to the unit has made everything work so much better. Luis is tough!! I was very flustered with AC leaking. As soon as he arrived I unloaded on him. He smiled and kept doing his job. He did not have all the parts and pieces parts on his truck, he made a quick run to get them. So far the AC has not leaked. I'm still puzzled why the prep work was not taken care of before the new AC was installed?????

Nate Seda was the plumbing technician who worked at our condominium yesterday and today completing 2 challenging tasks - one inside a condo unit and one outside installing new underground piping, etc. He did an excellent job, was very thorough and conscious, knowledgeable, polite and professional. We had a problem with our GFCI circuit- turns out the main problem was our 40 yr old circuit panel- without getting too detailed, we contracted MAC 5 to redo our panel and update it to handle our needs, Kenny R and his “crew of 2” came out in the morning and had everything taken care of within 5 hours. Kenny ensured all outlets and major systems were performing properly. I cannot recommend Mac 5 high enough for their exceptional service, work and personnel.

Mach5 tech arrived on time. He introduced himself and started at the sink the same time I went to explain the electrical issue.
Then we both looked at each other and laughed. I had made an appointment with the wrong tech. What resulted from my mistake actually turned around to be a blessing. First he went out to his truck and spoke to the home office explaining what happened. Second he came back and thoroughly checked out the house’s
plumbing and found that our hot water heater has about an year before it would need to be changed out. Also explained about our pipes being pvc and that the piping from the wall to the heater is brittle and that too would need to be replaced.
I came to trying Mach5 because of Dell. I had a service contract with Dell but between bad customer service with the techs plus not correctly solving the issues I was in search of a better company with respectable prices and great customer service techs when I saw the sign for Mach5.

John came to my home now for the 3rd time to do ac repair. He is very efficient and explains everything and shows pictures of what he’s doing. John also made sure we got all the right discounts to make the cost affordable. A+ job from John once again, I highly recommend him.

Gave MAC5 a chance to do a leak detection. Torin came and did a pretty quick job of narrowing it down to a particular section. Pretty impressed.
