Mac 5 company has been great, Christopher Pena came out and checked my AC system and explained everything to me with his tablet photos, very impressive that he took his time to explain the readings and what each one was for. He was curtious and thorough and very respectful, Mac5 is lucky to have him on their team.

MAC 5 as a company is above par the website is extremely well-tuned, allowing you to schedule service in as little as 24 hours. I scheduled online at 5:00pm for a service call the following a.m., even though the electrician, Doug couldn’t arrive until 5:00pm the day of service it was still worth the patience. The 3-tier options for future work and code compliance are greatly appreciated as well. They conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the electrical system and infrastructure and offer finely tuned third-party financing. For veterans, they also waived the dispatch fee and offered a 10 percent discount. So in my honest review, MAC 5 is changing the game and it’s evident by the 4.8 Google rating. Also, I alluded to the fact that they are family-owned. Doug also offered us an annual membership plan that included electrical, A/C, and plumbing that is going to require a review as it’s exceptional on first presentation in regards to cost vs value. I’m sure it’s designed to establish a loyal customer base and foster new clients and to build future business through retention, future service opportunities for MAC 5 and build trust in service. Overall a 5-star upon first look.
