We are in the process of selling the home and we were in the homestretch, however a small issue came up and Mac 5 put in the extra effort to come late in the evening to fix the issue. They got the repair done just in time and we are thrilled they were able to do so in a timely manner. We have been using them since we first moved here 4 years ago and the prices are reasonable and quality of work has always been excellent. I had a couple of estimates on replacing my water heater but chose to go with MAC 5 due to the fact that the Robert Bailey is a very experienced and excellent plumber and installer. He did amazing work and not only on the water heater but also replacing my hose bib and adding a feature to the main water line so I don’t have to get an expansion tank which I’ve had to replace twice on my previous tank. Wonderful job Robert and Thanks for cleaning the work area!

Electrician Anthony visited to assess my home's electrical system, and was courteous and friendly throughout. He clearly has lots of expertise and experience and was able to explain the current state (pun intended) of my breaker setup and recommend some safety and money-saving options to consider. A positive experience, and will ask for him in future when service is needed

The service was great, Kallel was a great service guy, Came into my home and had a great attitude like he’s been at my home before and was so comfortable at my home . He worked Quickly
, knew what he had to do and the job in changing out my kitchen faucet in no time, when he was finished he went into my back yard in the dark and turned the water back on, Cane back into my home and , Cleaned his mess and took the mess that came with new and faucet with him.
