I can totally recommend Ryan Rivera. He performed an excellent plumbing job for us. He installed a water line box with turn on/off valve in the wall behind our refrigerator as part of the hook up of the ice maker function. He was thorough and neat. We appreciate his good work.

Technician was quite knowledgeable and knew where to find the water cutoff. He was very personable. I highly recommend MAC5 and Brad, our technician.

My man Howard was the greatest guy to ever show up at my door step. Biggest friendly smile and ready to help but not before first explaining the process and what all he can help with. From there, he dove right in, elbow deep into a bunch of sludge I couldn’t begin to describe. Not only did Howard get rid of my initial issue but he went above and beyond to check out the rest of my drainage. Someone needs to get this man a cat or something for his hard work!

Doug Burr was great as usual. He was friendly and able to fix the problem we were having with my husband’s chair left. He’s always very professional and very good at what he does and has repeatedly been very helpful in fixing my husband’s Chairlift since we’ve moved here to Cocoa. I would recommend him to anyone needing an Electrician.

Kallel was amazing! He was able to come out within a day of calling to replace three leaking hose bibs and the main shut off valve. He also re-insulated my main line. They all look great. I highly recommend him.

Despite the arrival time being a little late, Donte and Mickey were terrific! Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind and patient with me. The job was done quickly and cleanup was complete.

Dontevious was extremely helpful in getting my system running. Previously we reached out to MAC5 for help where we were refused by another. They sent John at first, which got us chilling. Dontevious followed up with his partner, with what should have been just a quick part exchange and be on his way, but with our luck that's never the case. He dedicated his time to go above and beyond his call to get everything situated, and even fixed some issues left by the other guy. And dont think your training didn't go unnoticed either. I've watched others come in and not communicate any teachings with their coworkers. Unknown to you, you were observed explaining wires and colors and went in depth of what they were so they understood, to the point i even felt confident enough in it. There was a lot of professionalism present and we're courteous to even want to wear booties to keep the floor clean.
