It was so nice to have a compassionate service technician show up for my estimate for a new hot water heater. Ryan, arrived on time and explained my options, hybrid, tankless and a tank tankless. He was extremely helpful and courteous when our time was cut short due to an unexpected emergency with my dog. Instead of trying to pressure me to make a decision right then and there, he understood my concern for my animal and allowed me to tend to my emergency. I wish all service people were as nice and caring as Ryan. I would definitely recommend Mac 5.

Update: We had to get our electrical panel up to par. Kenny is a very experienced electrician! He is very professional, detail oriented, respectful, very kind, and greatly informative. Nick was also great, respectful, and very kind too! They worked hard and efficiently. The electrical work looks amazing and we are happy to have our property functioning safely again. Thank you again, Kenny and Nick! Also on a side note, we really like Mac 5’s real time ETA app notification so we can plan accordingly. Initial: Roger and Luis did a fantastic job on replacing the HVAC system. They were very professional, kind, respectful, and worked efficiently. They communicated what they did and kept all areas cleaned without any mess behind. Their HVAC work was neatly done.
