We lost power back in August and found out our fuse box and meter box were badly damaged and needed to be fully replaced. On the day of service, Ivan from Mac5 came out for the install. He was early, which was perfect since he wanted to get as much prep time before FPL came out. He communicated with us every step he needed to do before the start of work, answered every question my sister had for him, and worked through the whole day into the evening to get the job done. Being as it's an older house, he had come across a couple issues but navigated it so well and made sure the job was done properly. He was very respectful of the property and very kind to my family, we even exchanged a few laughs and stories, I would highly recommend him for any electrical service.

We needed an urgent repair of our water valves for the kitchen sink. Mac5 was able to come out quickly and resolve our issue. Our technician Joe was fantastic! Joe Pugliese has been so amazing to work with. He did just come to fix the issue, but he also explained how it happened and offered advice how to avoid the issue from happening.
