Chris is a hard working and diligent man who went over and beyond to replace and update our electrical panel, ground us outside, and run a dedicated line out to our Florida room for our new sauna. This included crawling through a very narrow attic space to reach the correct location. And he didn’t complain once, remaining very caring and positive. Chris returned the next day to label the fuses. Always on time and professional. This was our first introduction to Mac5, and made us feel comfortable to use them for other needs as they happen. Christopher Pena is an absolutely magnificent employee. He was so knowledgeable, thorough, honest, sincere and helpful. He was able to diagnose and resolve my AC problem with so much efficiency and confidence, my stress instantly decreased!! Christopher is an extremely kind and considerate human being. Mike did a great job diagnosing the problem and took steps to temporarily repair the AC so it would cool over the weekend while waiting for parts to arrive.

Jackson did an outstanding job installing a NEMA 50a outlet in my garage. He also made measurements of my electrical system before starting the job that were helpful in assessing the construction work. Very satisfied with the care he showed for my new home. Would definitely recommend his service and Mac 5 for electrical work. Great Job, Jackson!
