Great, fast reasonable service. The tech.Angel, was so great I ordered scaling and AC maintenance.

We just had Derek over to fix a busted pipe that was leaking onto our garage. After expressing the urgency of our situation, the dispatcher was kind enough to bump us up the queue with no additional charge. Derek was prompt and coordinated with our landlord to address the problem in a professional and timely manner. It was very hot today and he had no issues working out on the heat. He was a life saver.

Derek was fantastic. He made it a point to show up to our house as soon as possible and fixed our broken pipe efficiently and quickly. He was a real life saver.

Jorge Torres from Mac 5 did an outstanding job on the maintenance for our AC systems. I’m very particular about quality of work, and he honestly exceeded my expectations. He took his time, checked everything thoroughly, explained what he was doing, and didn’t give off that rushed “in and out” feeling that a lot of companies do nowadays. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job correctly instead of just trying to get through the appointment as fast as possible. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Our systems are running great now. If you’re using Mac 5, I highly recommend asking for Jorge specifically.

John and Jamie were amicable, jovial and patiently worked through my questions.

The best service I have ever received as a home owner. Eddie and Edgar are not only superior technicians, they are great guys, polite and friendly. Worked until 1030 Pm to make sure we had a cool sleeping environment . I will never use anyone else for HVAC and plumbing. Also had water heater installed on the same day.

Mike did a very good job in letting me know about the entire process that he was working on. He kept me informed about every situation with my a/c unit. His suggestions for future repair or new a/c unit was very helpful. He was very patient in explaining everything to me. He was very polite and very friendly!
