Joe Pugliese from MAC 5 came to take care of the leakage in our plumbing system and also replaced the hardware on our outside hose bib and valves in our bathrooms. Our experience with Joe at MAC5 was above and beyond what we would have expected. We had problems with our plumbing and Joe assessed the issues and provided us with explanations for correcting the problems. Joe was very professional, explained everything in a way that we could understand, answered all of our questions and took great care with everything he did. He is an excellent professional, and I would recommend MAC5 because of the great work that Joe did. This work was done on September 3, 2026 (I am writing this review using my Google email ID, so my actual name doesn't appear).
