Mike AC specialist came thru and helped out handily ,he crawled through my attic and showed the state of my ducting and showed pictures and demonstrated with his duct demo what a proper ducting state should be in and the condition and the issues that brings . He wore his booties without being asked and his professionalism and eagerness to do his job reflects extraordinary on Mac 5

My technician was Zachary Babine, he was knowledgeable, friendly, walked me through everything and explained what was causing my leak and what he did to fix it. The room was spotless when he left and he explained other services offered and covered by my repair.

Though the invoice was expensive for us but Mike was willing to work with us. We appreciate his time and hard work.
