Doug (electrician) and JJ (apprentice) responded within 24 hours of my call regarding a “burned wire” smell coming from my ceiling fan/light fixture. Doug quickly diagnosed the problem…the fan motor was overheating and the fixture needed replacement. We will be selecting a new fixture and will call Mac 5 Services to do the installation.

I accidentally broke the pipe that connects to the toilet, huge mess! MAX 5 was great, they were able to squeeze me in the same day, which I appreciated since I had to turn the water main off until it was repaired. Torin was our technician, and he was super polite, took time explaining everything, and did very neat work. I would definitely recommend.

Mike Wright was great to work with. He had the situation diagnosed and options clearly laid out for our landlord. And he made sure we had water for the night and a plan to get water heater in place the next day. And he was great to talk to as well. Friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his help and great attitude.
