Erich arrived at my house, on time and eager to get the job done. He sa my Marine Corps sign and aknowledged me for my service. He was polite, professional and conducted the job quickly, professionally and thoroughly. He did a walk through after of the job, showing me everything that was done. After hiring 2 other companies, I am glad I ended with MAC5 as the others did not follow through on their promises. We are customers for life!!!

We booked an appointment with Mac 5. They sent many emails confirming. On the day of the appointment they notified you by text and use an app that let you know when your technician would arrive. Our technician Mike was very nice and was able to help us find our leak.,we were offered a yearly maintenance program that incorporated our cost for the visit. We were very pleased with our technician and the company.

Ivan of Mac5 did an outstanding job with our electrical upgrades. And Mike Wright did an outstanding job with multiple of our plumbing issues.

Howard is awesome! He fixed the leak as some of the new piping needed to be changed which he did. Lots of pictures to see the progress and the issue fixed. Howard is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He represents your company in the Highest standards. He makes it comfortable in asking questions. He is a great asset to your company.

Anthony was our technician. He was thorough. He braved the elements. Knowledgeable answered all our silly questions and we believe he did a very thorough job. Highly recommend for generator maintenance.
