Doug (electrician) and JJ (apprentice) responded within 24 hours of my call regarding a “burned wire” smell coming from my ceiling fan/light fixture. Doug quickly diagnosed the problem…the fan motor was overheating and the fixture needed replacement. We will be selecting a new fixture and will call Mac 5 Services to do the installation.

I accidentally broke the pipe that connects to the toilet, huge mess! MAX 5 was great, they were able to squeeze me in the same day, which I appreciated since I had to turn the water main off until it was repaired.
