The team came out and identified many issues. They did a fantastic job today and look forward to finishing up the work early next week!

We needed the return plenum replaced and Izaiah did an AMAZING job with all of the work. It was a lot and he worked tirelessly to get it done. After the work was completed, he carefully explained what he did and also cleaned up everything inside the home and the garage. I could already tell that my system was working better. Thank you to Izaiah and the team at MAC-5 for working with us and getting this job done so efficiently!

Derrek arrived on time and saw my problem , he immediately knew what was causing this water leak. He had the part needed on his truck and installing this part was a challenge however Derrek was able to get the job done.

We reached out for a smoke alarm system replacement and received a whole house checked up thanks to Matt. He was very professional, helpful, and explained everything to me so I could understand the service. I highly recommend Matt from MAC 5!

Mini split installation was difficult but this team did an amazing job! Well worth the cost of service. Izaiah is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything and make sure the job is completed well.

Omar did a fantastic job installing our Govee lights around the perimeter of our home as well as our pool area. The job took longer than expected, however, Omar remained positive and stayed until the task was finished. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of his work. We are also very thankful that he was able to complete a task we had put off for several months!

Joshua was awesome, great customer service and fixed the problem.

They were great as usual. Cleaned the system and put in a new thingy to make it work better. Always good work.

Darius was very thorough, informative and helpful.

Zach was incredible. Bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. I won’t go anyplace else other than Mach 5 for my services.

The service we receive was thorough but did not take an excessive amount of time. Our technician was knowledgeable and able to explain the problem in layman’s terms.

They were very good at keeping us up to date once the technician was dispatched, they sent out a link so you can see how far away he is. They will not give a time window for the appointment, only the date, which I thought was a bit unusual.
Our technician, Howard, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and provided a fix quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Anthony Donelson just spent the whole day today (Saturday) doing a complete replacement
of my electrical panel. I watched him work most of the day. The work was done with extreme care and professionalism. He did not hurry because he obviously takes pride in doing the work right. I now have great peace of mind that I have a safe electrical panel. I very highly recommend this electrician!

Ryan did my air conditioner maintenance and did great. Enjoyed taking with him.

Responded quickly for faucet/spigot repair. Ryan knew his stuff. Detailed inspection to locate other problems. Thorough and professional. Would be pleased to have him back for later issues.

Great service from this company. Ivan and Patrick are the best. They let you know the prices that you pay up front. And the service is done quickly with caring and good quality.

I'm grateful for Mac 5 services. They are very professional and efficient in their work. I got an AC service and my electrical work from Mac 5, and I’m satisfied with their job every time. For my AC repair they sent technician Mike he explained everything and he was very professional. My AC got fixed and I was educated about it. Thank you for your services I recommended 10/10 satisfied.
