These two techs were ninja, they checked every possible parameter of my aircon systems and explained everything they were doing, (I was interested to know). They were both very professional, friendly, and comprehensive in their approach. At no point did they try to up sell which is reassuring. I will be using their service again as its refreshing to find people who know what they are doing.

Doug (electrician) and JJ (apprentice) responded within 24 hours of my call regarding a “burned wire” smell coming from my ceiling fan/light fixture. Doug quickly diagnosed the problem…the fan motor was overheating and the fixture needed replacement. We will be selecting a new fixture and will call Mac 5 Services to do the installation.

I accidentally broke the pipe that connects to the toilet, huge mess! MAX 5 was great, they were able to squeeze me in the same day, which I appreciated since I had to turn the water main off until it was repaired. Torin was our technician, and he was super polite, took time explaining everything, and did very neat work. I would definitely recommend.
