Had Mac 5 service come repair a leak in my kitchen sink which turns out to be that I needed a new faucet anyway the mechanic that showed up Ryan Rivera was excellent job very professional very polite cover shoes with the booties did not have the faucet on the truck the correct one went to go pick one up and he stayed until he got the job done

Kinsley, was the prime example of the reason I do business with Mac 5, and will continue to do business with them. He was sent out as a follow up from a previous tech that left a bad impression. He came out did his job, was able to explain what he did, and left me feeling like I was completely taken care of and informed. This is also an example of a company that makes things right, HVAC manager Brian, took my call, listened to my concerns, and sent a knowledgeable tech to take care of it.
