They took the time to carefully inspect the existing wiring, explained what they to were seeing, and answered all of our questions in a clear, honest way. They didn’t rush the process and made sure we understood our options and any potential concerns specific to an older house. It was obvious they take pride in doing things the right way. Mac Services is simply the best. Doug and Jackson answered electricity questions patiently, knowledgeably, and explained better coverage options without trying to sell us anything. With in-depth explanations of how the electricity works in the house, we made the smart decision to purchase a surge protector. They worked quickly and were extremely informative. We would give them 10 stars if we could!

I was researching online for a reputable company to come and check out the plumbing on my 53 year old house. I was concerned about the condition of the pipes and possible issues going forward. Robert came out to my house and spoke to me about what he saw and explained everything to me that needed to be done in terms I would understand. He was very honest and trustworthy and told me what needed to be done and what could wait. Because of my interaction with Robert, I am going to have Mac5 come out and complete all the work that needs to be done. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Mike Wright came out as our tech for a leak on our water softner system. Literally within an hour after calling he was on site. Repair took less than an hour and he stayed to make sure no further leaks were present. Very professional, knowlegable, and gave us an honest expectation of the work that needed to be performed with total cost before starting, no surprises. Would recommend for anyone looking for same day (again, within an hour of calling) service/repair.

Anderson Molina I'm in my drain pipe was clogged in my air conditioner on my temperature gauge turned off and he was able to flush it and use oxygen nitric oxygen and he was able to push through whatever debris apparently somebody else said they cleaned it and they didn't clean it because a lot of old debris came out and dirty water sure that it hasn't been done and he did an excellent job he unclogged it right before the cold weather comes in tonight so I'm extremely happy

Technician was very thorough and tripled check to make sure all plumbing was working correctly after he unclogged the sewer line. Booked everything online easy and hassle free. I've used Mac 5 twice now.

Mike Wright was very helpful and it was an overall great experience. As soon as I called it he came over and replaced my heater in less then 2 hours.

Robert was here today and efficiently cleared clogs in my sink and my shower. Chuck was here today to do the annual plumbing review. When I mentioned that my garbage disposal wasn't working, he immediately checked it, found the problem, and fixed it. I am always impressed by the quality of MAC-5's service. Mark was here this week to help me with a clogged sink. Although he tried, the problem was more complicated than we expected. While Mark correctly diagnosed the problem, it required more sophisticated tools than he had on hand. MAC-5 sent out Robert 2 days later with the equipment that Mark identified was needed, and the clog was completely removed. James at MAC-5 just disconnected the water line to my refrigerator for me. It was working fine, but there is a kink in the line in the refrigerator, so I haven't been getting water or ice for over a year now, and occasionally it would leak a bit. It was a lot less expensive to cap the water line than to have the refrigerator repaired. James was on time, efficient, and has a good sense of humor.

The previous home owners did some dangerous DIY electrical work. They basically put the home at risk of fire. It was assessed, options were presented and he did a total panel replacement, which took a while but well worth the comfort of being safer. Normally it's assessed and a tech scheduled. Not with MAC 5. Once agreed on what should be done, he began work immediately. No waiting days for someone else to show up. Thank you for making our house safer and bringing the wiring up to code.

Mike Wright did an awesome job on my Pentair pool heater installation!

Roger and Edgar were great at replacing all of our duct work in the house. It was not an easy job to say the least. Very tight attic space that was filled with destroyed duct work and it is now all brand new and we have air going to the entire house instead of just the attic. We have used them previously to replumb the entire house and they were great then as well. Very polite and professional.

Discovered a leak in my hot water heater this morning. MAC 5 had a technician out the same day. Robert was great. He found why it was leaking and I needed a new hot water heater. It was replaced the same day. Robert was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing. Highly recommend MAC 5.

My Electrician was super nice and and knowledgeable, but he gave the sale speech and wanted me to do the membership. He waved the $39 service fee, but I feel like the company in general is charging a lot for a job. Being a senior citizen and on a limited budget and charging over $450 to change out a $10-$20 outlet. You have to do better not do this to people. 🙏
