Mike Wright was great! He fixed several things in our house that were needing attention. Made sure that we had hot water even though he had to make a two hour trip to get what we needed. Thank you for getting this taken care of.

Tech was very professional. Unlike the office staff who didn’t seem to care. Tech took his time. When the pump and bladder were installed the replacement bladder and gauge should have been one to one 40/60 and now we have a 30/50, to small for the house and the number of people that live in the house. Tech truly listened to our concerns. And that is truly appreciated.

I was researching online for a reputable company to come and check out the plumbing on my 53 year old house. I was concerned about the condition of the pipes and possible issues going forward. Robert came out to my house and spoke to me about what he saw and explained everything to me that needed to be done in terms I would understand. He was very honest and trustworthy and told me what needed to be done and what could wait. Because of my interaction with Robert, I had Mac5 come out and complete all the work that needed to be done. Brad andJorge spent two days at my house working through many obstacles and explaining to me everything they were doing and additional work that they would help me out with, as well as give me recommendations for tile work for my shower. They were a huge pleasure to have in my house and felt very comfortable with them and by the end of the two days of repiping my waterline and replacing my hot water heater, I felt like they were friends of mine. Truly great guys and I really appreciate all of the hard work and late hours they put in to get my repipe completed. Mac 5 has been excellent to me and I will be continuing to use them for all of my future projects and repairs.

Brad was at my house on Saturday to install a new shower drain pipe. It was a long and messy job, but he and his assistant were efficient and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. The tile company started yesterday and said Brad did a very nice job of preparing the shower for them. Robert was here today and efficiently cleared clogs in my sink and my shower. Chuck was here today to do the annual plumbing review. When I mentioned that my garbage disposal wasn't working, he immediately checked it, found the problem, and fixed it. I am always impressed by the quality of MAC-5's service. Mark was here this week to help me with a clogged sink. Although he tried, the problem was more complicated than we expected. While Mark correctly diagnosed the problem, it required more sophisticated tools than he had on hand. MAC-5 sent out Robert 2 days later with the equipment that Mark identified was needed, and the clog was completely removed. James at MAC-5 just disconnected the water line to my refrigerator for me. It was working fine, but there is a kink in the line in the refrigerator, so I haven't been getting water or ice for over a year now, and occasionally it would leak a bit. It was a lot less expensive to cap the water line than to have the refrigerator repaired. James was on time, efficient, and has a good sense of humor.

We had an emergency at my home. Well pump couldn’t generate enough pressure. Well pump was running and running with no PSI. We called Mac 5 and they sent over tech Mike Wright. He diagnosed the issue and assured me that if it wasn’t the issue, they work on getting me taken care of 1 way or another. He didn’t even have all the necessary parts and at 7 PM, drove to Home Depot and picked up all the necessary part and came back. After working on it for 1 hour or so, he resolved my issue and now we have all take a shower and got the dishwasher running. The pricing was a little steep, but the peace of mind of having the issue resolved is well worth it. I highly recommend Mac 5 and definitely commend Mike for his work

I had been considering getting a water softener/filtration system. Jordan St. Juste was very thoughtful and explained the options and worked with me to select a quality product that fit my budget. Larry did the tune-up inspection. He did a nice job, was prompt and courteous. Blake Mitchell also did a nice job. Knew what the problem was, fixed it and cleaned up. Vince Colletti was part of the crew on a re-pipe at my home. He did a good job and was considerate with the walls where he had to cut in. Later Vince came back because the water heater kicked out but he easily corrected it and explained to me how to reset the equipment if it happens again. He was able to respond very quickly as well. The previous home owners did some dangerous DIY electrical work. They basically put the home at risk of fire. It was assessed, options were presented and he did a total panel replacement, which took a while but well worth the comfort of being safer. Normally it's assessed and a tech scheduled. Not with MAC 5. Once agreed on what should be done, he began work immediately. No waiting days for someone else to show up. Thank you for making our house safer and bringing the wiring up to code. On a return visit, Logan quickly took care of our problem. I'm not an electrician. I highly suggest getting things done by professionals, like MAC 5.

We had a solar water heater that gave out during a big freeze here in the Kissimmee area. Jordan explained that it was important to flush your water heater twice a year, which we didn’t know beforehand since we flushed it once years back. He explained that sediment buildup decreases the expectancy of a water heater and the freeze made it worse. He gave us a few options at different price ranges. We went with a bradford water heater and he and his manager even helped us out on the price since we were going through a financial pinch. Overall happy to have had Jordan come down from palm bay to help us out.

We had some plumbing issues in the past and again more recently. We were so happy to see that Howard was our technician again. Howard is always upfront and presented us with all of our options. Emergency outdoor plumbing repair of water line that burst due to the extreme cold weather also replaced main water shutoff valve that would not close all the way and replaced the leaky hose bib. I’m very happy with the work that Howard the plumber did during the coldest day of the year.

Mike our HVAC technician was terrific. Knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. He explained the symptoms we were complaining of and some other issues he identified. We could not address all issues today so he worked up several quotes and a “get well” plan to consider. He resolved everything today and the house was noticeably more comfortable before he even left. MAC5 helped us out when we first moved in and again during this recent cold snap here in FL. Recommended for certain!!

Woke up this morning with outside temps at 25°F and 64°F in the house. There was no power to the thermostat and the heater was not coming on. With a 5-month old in the house, we needed heat. Making the tankless water heater maintenance appointment with Mac 5 Services was a breeze with the online scheduling option. The Mac 5 technician Derrik arrived on time during the expected service window. He performed the maintenance on the water heater in a timely manner. He also explained to me the importance of keeping up with the maintenance as it helps to prevent scale buildup, keeps the equipment working efficiently, and it helps to keep the warranty valid with the equipment manufacturer. The area by the tankless water heater was left very clean after Derrik finished the maintenance. Appreciate a job well done by Derrik. I will be sure to use Mac 5 Services again!

They are getting 2 stars because they a have continued to contact me - texting and calling often for months, even though I've explicitly requested to be on a do not contact list. I have a text from them saying I'm now on their do not contact list, but yesterday I got another call from them. Would have normally given a good review because they unclogged a toilet a few years ago for me and did a good job.

So. I made the mistake of letting my renter choose a plumber to snake the main line. She had indicated when she called me that she knew someone, but evidently that person wasn't available, so she called mac 5 without letting me know she wasnt using her go to plumber. Big mistake. They , the compay, called me, even though she was paying cash, which I thought odd, as this has never occurred on any other of my properties for last 20 years. The gentleman was pleasant and respectable. and the Tennant asserted that the service person was a " nice guy". My Tennant indicated that he was there for only half an hour. And that the toilets were now working, the problem solved. The average cost for this service in florida is $200-400. $400 being high. I assume if they were there for only half an hour, that would amount not to the high end, but they charged $500 for the service. So let's break this down, 500 for half an hour works out to $1000 an hour. I was fairly successful prior to retiring. I had an MBA, and ran companies with 100-400 employees, 10-30 mill a year gross. When I retired I was making 200k. which is $100 an hour. So, again , they, the company, were pleasant, nice, efficient, professional, and responded rapidly, but were they worth $1000 an hour?, in an economy that doctors, attorneys ,Corvette, Mercedes dealerships charge far far less than that, they charged $1000 an hour to snake a drain. I'll let you decide. In conclusion, it's nice to be nice, but charge a fair price, because I personally wouldn't recommend this company. But they were nice guys!

Mike Wright came out as our tech for a leak on our water softner system. Literally within an hour after calling he was on site. Repair took less than an hour and he stayed to make sure no further leaks were present. Very professional, knowlegable, and gave us an honest expectation of the work that needed to be performed with total cost before starting, no surprises. Would recommend for anyone looking for same day (again, within an hour of calling) service/repair.

Anderson Molina I'm in my drain pipe was clogged in my air conditioner on my temperature gauge turned off and he was able to flush it and use oxygen nitric oxygen and he was able to push through whatever debris apparently somebody else said they cleaned it and they didn't clean it because a lot of old debris came out and dirty water sure that it hasn't been done and he did an excellent job he unclogged it right before the cold weather comes in tonight so I'm extremely happy

Technician was very thorough and tripled check to make sure all plumbing was working correctly after he unclogged the sewer line. Booked everything online easy and hassle free. I've used Mac 5 twice now.

Mike Wright was very helpful and it was an overall great experience. As soon as I called it he came over and replaced my heater in less then 2 hours.
