Mr. Kallel was professional, managed his time well, and left everything neat and clean when he finished. 10/10

He knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it, which does take time. Then he reviewed the rest if the plumbing in the house. He raised concerns on two items that need to be taken care of. Very knowledgeable person and knows his "stuff". Would definitely recommend Robert to anyone. We know what we need to do going forward.

Roger Faulkner was here to begin some duct work. He and his teammate did a nice job and got everything prepped and staged to finish the next day. Thank you! I had been considering getting a water softener/filtration system. Jordan St. Juste was very thoughtful and explained the options and worked with me to select a quality product that fit my budget. Larry did the tune-up inspection. He did a nice job, was prompt and courteous. Blake Mitchell also did a nice job. Knew what the problem was, fixed it and cleaned up. Vince Colletti was part of the crew on a re-pipe at my home. He did a good job and was considerate with the walls where he had to cut in. Later Vince came back because the water heater kicked out but he easily corrected it and explained to me how to reset the equipment if it happens again. He was able to respond very quickly as well. Thank you!

Angel B. was a great help with repairing a leak next to our water main. He explained everything in detail, walked me through options, and did the job fast and well to help us get our water back on ASAP. I think the cost was higher than most would anticipate, but it was justified for giving us a repair that actually makes sense and won't just push the problem down the line. We used Mac 5 in the past for a new water heater and will definitely be using Mac 5 again in the future for more plumbing work around the house.

Mike Wright - great service and fast

Jordan S came out to give us an estimate. We had a leak in our front yard. It was galvanized pipe so we knew we were about to replace our outdoor pipes and it was gonna be pricey. Jordan was great. Went over multiple options with us. He let us know the company also has in-house financing. Brad came out the next day to run new piping. He was great; efficient, and polite. Would recommend both of these technicians any day.

Had my house re piped. It was handled very professionally throughout the entire process. From Mike, who first came out to see exactly what I needed, to Vinny and David who installed everything over two days. Vinny does excellent work, he is very meticulous and always left the area very clean afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again with my plumbing needs!

Water heater failed on a Saturday morning and within an hour of calling Kallel came out and swapped out the old with the new. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. If I have any plumbing problems in the future I will definitely be calling! Thank you!

Hello, I had Roger and I’m doing my AC unit whole new system and I have been without AC for over a month or heat last night. I slept in my bed with the AC on about 74 and four. I never got AC in my bedroom back here, but I had AC last night in fact I’m gonna have to try to move my bedroom around because the AC is right above my bed and it’s my face I’m not complaining, but it’s nice to have a seat back again thank you Roger for all the help you did an excellent job…. Mac 5 company has been great, Anthony Donelson came out to check my Electric for the new Air conditioning system and was great he explained everything to me and gave me options for the necessary upgrade to stay within the code. No pressure he worked out the most affordable cost for me, every employee I've dealt with in Mac5 has been the most friendly and professional people I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for all your needs as they do it all.

explained what needed to done for total correction and made the repairs. ( Replaced 1 failed GFI, added 1 GFI to bathroom, replaced 2 wall outlets. )

Knowledgeable and did a very good job!

I had a couple of estimates on replacing my water heater but chose to go with MAC 5 due to the fact that the Robert Bailey is a very experienced and excellent plumber and installer. He did amazing work and not only on the water heater but also replacing my hose bib and adding a feature to the main water line so I don’t have to get an expansion tank which I’ve had to replace twice on my previous tank. Wonderful job Robert and Thanks for cleaning the work area!

The service was great, Kallel was a great service guy, Came into my home and had a great attitude like he’s been at my home before and was so comfortable at my home . He worked Quickly
, knew what he had to do and the job in changing out my kitchen faucet in no time, when he was finished he went into my back yard in the dark and turned the water back on, Cane back into my home and , Cleaned his mess and took the mess that came with new and faucet with him.

I would give Vincent 6 stars if I could. We had a whole house replumb. He was very professional and took time to answer all our questions. He is a good leader as well. Tech was very professional. Unlike the office staff who didn’t seem to care. Tech took his time. When the pump and bladder were installed the replacement bladder and gauge should have been one to one 40/60 and now we have a 30/50, to small for the house and the number of people that live in the house. Tech truly listened to our concerns. And that is truly appreciated.

I was researching online for a reputable company to come and check out the plumbing on my 53 year old house. I was concerned about the condition of the pipes and possible issues going forward. Robert came out to my house and spoke to me about what he saw and explained everything to me that needed to be done in terms I would understand. He was very honest and trustworthy and told me what needed to be done and what could wait. Because of my interaction with Robert, I had Mac5 come out and complete all the work that needed to be done. Brad andJorge spent two days at my house working through many obstacles and explaining to me everything they were doing and additional work that they would help me out with, as well as give me recommendations for tile work for my shower. They were a huge pleasure to have in my house and felt very comfortable with them and by the end of the two days of repiping my waterline and replacing my hot water heater, I felt like they were friends of mine. Truly great guys and I really appreciate all of the hard work and late hours they put in to get my repipe completed. Mac 5 has been excellent to me and I will be continuing to use them for all of my future projects and repairs.

Brad was at my house on Saturday to install a new shower drain pipe. It was a long and messy job, but he and his assistant were efficient and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. The tile company started yesterday and said Brad did a very nice job of preparing the shower for them. Robert was here today and efficiently cleared clogs in my sink and my shower. Chuck was here today to do the annual plumbing review. When I mentioned that my garbage disposal wasn't working, he immediately checked it, found the problem, and fixed it. I am always impressed by the quality of MAC-5's service. Mark was here this week to help me with a clogged sink. Although he tried, the problem was more complicated than we expected. While Mark correctly diagnosed the problem, it required more sophisticated tools than he had on hand. MAC-5 sent out Robert 2 days later with the equipment that Mark identified was needed, and the clog was completely removed. James at MAC-5 just disconnected the water line to my refrigerator for me. It was working fine, but there is a kink in the line in the refrigerator, so I haven't been getting water or ice for over a year now, and occasionally it would leak a bit. It was a lot less expensive to cap the water line than to have the refrigerator repaired. James was on time, efficient, and has a good sense of humor.

We had an emergency at my home. Well pump couldn’t generate enough pressure. Well pump was running and running with no PSI. We called Mac 5 and they sent over tech Mike Wright. He diagnosed the issue and assured me that if it wasn’t the issue, they work on getting me taken care of 1 way or another. He didn’t even have all the necessary parts and at 7 PM, drove to Home Depot and picked up all the necessary part and came back. After working on it for 1 hour or so, he resolved my issue and now we have all take a shower and got the dishwasher running. The pricing was a little steep, but the peace of mind of having the issue resolved is well worth it. I highly recommend Mac 5 and definitely commend Mike for his work

Clement replaced my wallboard after a house re-plumb. He is a very pleasant man and very respectful of our house and of us. His work was very good and he blended in the knock down on my ceiling patches to the point it was hard to find the new pieces. Another good job by Mac5 technicians.
