anthony was early to arrive, got right to work, did the repairs and maintenance items and tested the generator. when he was done, we shut the commercial power off and the solar panels off, the generator kicked on in about 10-15 seconds and ran like a champ. Good Job , Anthony.

Our AC went out late at night on a hot day. We called Mac 5 and they had a technician here within the hour. Jorge was very kind and got our air conditioner up and running in no time.

Kevin came and installed an automatic dog door opener. Completed the job with precision and great quality control. Cleaned up the area and double checked all the work.

We had an issue running outside lights at our house. Mr. Kenny came over and was very friendly and personable. He seemed genuinely interested in the issue and began to formulate a plan to fix our problem. He talked to us to clarify as to what he was going to do. He explained everything to us in detail and was very knowledgeable in electrical work. He spent the whole day crawling around our attic and working outside our home, in the middle of July; it was 93 degrees today!

He never complained once and I even offered him some cold water, but he said he had his own. When he was done, he explained how we could run this lights and not have any issues.

Salute to Mr. Kenny and everyone at MAC 5. He worked an honest days work and did a great job! Thanks so much for helping us out! Respect, sir!

Hats off to Mac 5 services. We own a condo in Cocoa Florida but do not live there full time. I got a call from the people who live in the unit below us that there was a water stain on their ceiling. I immediately called Mac 5 services from our home in South Carolina in a panic.(We have a service contract with Mac 5). They immediately sent out Michael Moton, a technician, to investigate where the water was coming from? Michael called after arriving at the condo. He calllmed us down, was reassuring and informed us that the condensation drain line PVC had a crack in it which was causing the water leak. Michael made the repairs and did a thorough check of the unit. He was professional and courteous and reassuring.

We felt very comfortable and relieved that Michael was on the case. He also sent us pictures when the job was finished and checked in with us before he left. We were very impressed with the service .

Having a service contract with Mac 5 services is one of the smartest things we've done since we purchased our condo. We are grateful for their their efficiency, their expertise and friendly and reassuring service. Thank you so much.

I thought Jorge was really thorough & had great customer service, however, I thought the cost of this service was totally excessive. If I would have actually been there, I would have never approved most of the service. I am very disappointed & I am not sure if I would recommend this company. The only reason I am giving Jorge a 5 star is because he was courteous & he was able to come out the same day. Unfortunately I was stuck between a rock & hard place because my tenant had to fly out the country the same day for a family emergency.

I called MAC 5 Services for AC services. My units inside fan motor was running continuously and would not turn off without pulling the breaker. Then I had no AC. He cleaned and flushed what needed to be done and made suggestions for necessary repairs.
I was shown different options for different levels of repair.

Just purchased a home with a 5-year old A/C system with zero service/maintenance history. Am new to the area so I didn’t know which company to call. I’m SO glad I called MAC 5! Chris P. arrived and wow, what a fantastic job he did! He arrived at 9 am for what should have been about a 1-hour job but due to the sellers’ neglect to the system, he ended up staying all day and took it in stride. He could have tried selling on a whole new system but instead, due to his extensive knowledge, experience, patience and tenacity, he was able to get the system back to working order. He had to do extensive cleaning and a couple of repairs. One part needed was available at another location. By that time, it was after 4pm and the parts place closed at 5 and it was a Friday. Instead of making me wait until Monday, he was determined to try to get there and back and he did! I was really impressed! He was genuinely kind and patient, explaining everything to me along the way, showed me pictures, and educated me on caring for the system properly moving forward. I’m so glad I chose MAC 5 and that Chris was assigned to do the work! You have a a great company, great staff, and a loyal ongoing customer (me). Thank you Chris!!!! Camden and Kenny were both professional and respectful. Very informative. The repair costs were steep but necessary. We didn't have to wait for weeks. They came out same day and next day. Our kitchen was going crazy and the NEW breaker box (installed by a different company) started to fail.
We are happy with the work and service.

From initial call to fix broken water line in my front yard, everyone was great. They showed up right away, located the leak and came up with a plan to fix it. Crew arrived next morning, on time, and had it fixes within a couple of hours. Very satisfied!

Howard was Great, knowledge, Polite, and extremely intelligent on my Plumbing Job. He fixed my Washer Valves and the plumbing pipes. Nothing is Leaking and the wall looks great. He completely cleaned the area and replaced all equipment.
I have used Mac 5 for multiple issues that just happens to arise in every day life. They sent Howard out the same day so we can get on with washing our clothes.

Darion did a great job installing a new gargage disposal. He was very efficient and had a pleasant personality. Since I've had recent shoulder surgery, he offered to take the old one and take it out to my receptacle in the shed. He also was very neat and did not leave any leftover mess for me to clean up. I'd say he's a keeper for MAC 5. (Give him a good bonus for traveling all the way to the East coast from Orlando daily...that's a lot of gas!). Great experience working with Michael. After a thorough inspection, he patiently walked me through the condition of my HVAC system and ducts. He listened very carefully to my needs and presented 3 plans of action he would recommend to make my system last longer and efficient. The plan I picked was the least expensive, but I received immediate results. No high pressure sale, just true facts.

Mike came in and helped repair a leak for us

Mike came on short notice on a Sunday and helped with a root cause investigation for a flooding incident. He recommended a follow up that we agreed with to help ensure it doesn’t happen again. Mike is a solid professional with deep expertise and knowledge.

I needed to have a small transformer changed out for my doorbell ring doorbell and ring had also provided something to go in where the door chime was. Jackson came over and did just what I needed. He was very professional very courteous. He also pointed out some things that we need to fix that I couldn’t do right now, but I appreciate him pointing those out cause it will need to be done. I can recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Chris Pena finally resolved a chronic issue with our A/C that could have been a result of a problem left behind by the original installer or by a previous service tech. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Absolute 5-star rating for Chris! But... will be following up with management about why this problem took visits from multiple service techs before one was sent who could address the issue.

Darion Myles was GREAT! He came out on his day off (Late Friday) and found the issue, arranged the needed and possibly needed parts then came back early Saturday morning and made all the needed repairs so we can get our new appliances installed today.

Mike was my HVAC technician today, he was very transparent and easy to talk to, he did the required maintenance work swiftly, and possibly saved me a great deal of time and money.

Both times he has been to the house he has pointed out the incompetence of the our builder Price Family twice. This time was an improperly installed and lose outlet.

Michael was super professional and courteous. He was able to explain and handle our UV lamp replacement very quickly, while also tightening up our A/C system to be sure it runs efficiently.
