We booked an appointment with Mac 5. They sent many emails confirming. On the day of the appointment they notified you by text and use an app that let you know when your technician would arrive. Our technician Mike was very nice and was able to help us find our leak.,we were offered a yearly maintenance program that incorporated our cost for the visit. We were very pleased with our technician and the company.

Howard is awesome! He fixed the leak as some of the new piping needed to be changed which he did. Lots of pictures to see the progress and the issue fixed.
