I had an excellent experience with Mac 5 for my water heater replacement. Torin, the installer was outstanding from start to finish. He was very professional and took the time to clearly explain the parts, the process and what to expect, which I really appreciated.
Communication was top notch - They kept me updated on timing and arrival. On top of that, the team was willing to work with me on costs, which made the whole experience even better.
Great workmanship and customer service all around. I highly recommend Mac 5 and Torin if you need water heater service!
