Logan did a thorough electrical inspection of my family’s 33 year old home. He seems to be an honest person and genuinely eager to support his customers. He Installed some smoke detectors and improved grounding in some parts of the house including a surge protector, and gfi improvements. He seemed very knowledgeable in his craft, and took initiative to fix past workers’ lazy and unfinished work which a great quality to have because it shows he cares about his career and customers. My only suggestion for Mac 5 company is that there needs to be better communication between the office appointments to guests because there seems to be a disconnect in scheduling which is a shame bc all the work can be overshadowed by the office mistakes. If a worker is running 2 hours late, headquarters needs to relay the info before hand to the customers so customer then can let Mac 5 know if they’re even available to support the worker two hours later. Shit happens, and it’s understandable; but please jsut call or text for updates. Besides that Logan was professional and customer oriented. Thank you

Banged out the removal of whole home water softener and install of whole home carbon filtration system, repositioning of our hot water heater, and replacement valves under kitchen sink all in a days work! Definition of a true plumbing hero. Even after hours upon hours of being here, when all was said and done he even took the time to show, explain, and teach about everything he did for us, even was inviting to multiple questions we had. Would only request him for future plumbing needs if need be any at all!

I'd like to take a moment to tell you about Kenny Racik, Mac 5 Electrican he came out to upgrade my electric panel. He introduced himself and asked what my concerns were and what he was there to do, he was very professional and friendly and said he would do this job as if it was his own. While working I noticed that Fpl crew that came to disconnect the power it was obvious they worked with him before and were familiar with his work and that he was one of the best, during the day he would point out some of the previous homeowners shoddy, work and how he was making it right he had his work cut out for him to fix the unsafe way the home was done. Kenny went over and beyond what was supposed to be done he finished and it looked clean and professionally done mean while another tec came to trouble shoot my newly installed central airconditioner the tec in my opinion was clueless and asked Kenny to trouble shoot a breaker Kenny inspected it and told the tec it was good but he also noticed the wiring was wrong going to the breaker which didn't kill the power as it should have. Kenny was worried that some of the problems he noticed was unsafe so he told me to not use the heat part until the company sends out someone to diagnose and fix it. The other tec left saying he said the circuit board was bad and will order a new one, well the system was working fine so I don't. Think the circuit board is bad. Kenny didn't have to stay and inspect the air conditioner but was concerned for my safety to make sure i knew what to do as he would turn in his notes to the company so they would come out and fix it. He is the type of employee any reputable company would want to have because its not just a job to him he unselfishly cares enough to leave knowing he did everything possible to solve the client's problem and ensure everyone's safety.

​No one asked me to write this, but I felt like I should. ​We’re dealing with a really stressful situation right now with a slab leak in our hallway. If you’ve ever had something like that happen in your home, you know the feeling… it’s overwhelming and honestly a little scary. ​Angel from Mac 5 came out to take a look, and I just want to say how much we appreciated the way he treated us. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything without making us feel rushed or pressured. That kind of respect means a lot when you’re already stressed about your home. He even followed up afterward, which most companies honestly don’t bother doing anymore. That alone told me a lot about the kind of people the owners have working for them. ​We’re still trying to figure out how we’re going to handle the repair because times are tough right now and it’s just a hard season. Roger Faulkner was here to begin some duct work. He and his teammate did a nice job and got everything prepped and staged to finish the next day. Thank you! I had been considering getting a water softener/filtration system. Jordan St. Juste was very thoughtful and explained the options and worked with me to select a quality product that fit my budget. Larry did the tune-up inspection. He did a nice job, was prompt and courteous. Blake Mitchell also did a nice job. Knew what the problem was, fixed it and cleaned up. Vince Colletti was part of the crew on a re-pipe at my home. He did a good job and was considerate with the walls where he had to cut in. Later Vince came back because the water heater kicked out but he easily corrected it and explained to me how to reset the equipment if it happens again. He was able to respond very quickly as well. Thank you!

Angel B. was a great help with repairing a leak next to our water main. He explained everything in detail, walked me through options, and did the job fast and well to help us get our water back on ASAP. I think the cost was higher than most would anticipate, but it was justified for giving us a repair that actually makes sense and won't just push the problem down the line. We used Mac 5 in the past for a new water heater and will definitely be using Mac 5 again in the future for more plumbing work around the house.

Mike Wright - great service and fast

Jordan S came out to give us an estimate. We had a leak in our front yard. It was galvanized pipe so we knew we were about to replace our outdoor pipes and it was gonna be pricey. Jordan was great. Went over multiple options with us. He let us know the company also has in-house financing. Brad came out the next day to run new piping. He was great; efficient, and polite. Would recommend both of these technicians any day.

Had my house re piped. It was handled very professionally throughout the entire process. From Mike, who first came out to see exactly what I needed, to Vinny and David who installed everything over two days. Vinny does excellent work, he is very meticulous and always left the area very clean afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again with my plumbing needs!

Hello, I had Roger and I’m doing my AC unit whole new system and I have been without AC for over a month or heat last night. I slept in my bed with the AC on about 74 and four. I never got AC in my bedroom back here, but I had AC last night in fact I’m gonna have to try to move my bedroom around because the AC is right above my bed and it’s my face I’m not complaining, but it’s nice to have a seat back again thank you Roger for all the help you did an excellent job…. Mac 5 company has been great, Anthony Donelson came out to check my Electric for the new Air conditioning system and was great he explained everything to me and gave me options for the necessary upgrade to stay within the code. We are in the process of selling the home and we were in the homestretch, however a small issue came up and Mac 5 put in the extra effort to come late in the evening to fix the issue. The tech from Mac 5 Services Chris who inspected our ac unit was very knowledgable in explaining what needs to be done. He showed each part of the ac which are in need of replacing. He also made sure that we knew how our ac is performing and why it is acting up.

Knowledgeable and did a very good job!

I had a couple of estimates on replacing my water heater but chose to go with MAC 5 due to the fact that the Robert Bailey is a very experienced and excellent plumber and installer. He did amazing work and not only on the water heater but also replacing my hose bib and adding a feature to the main water line so I don’t have to get an expansion tank which I’ve had to replace twice on my previous tank. Wonderful job Robert and Thanks for cleaning the work area!

Mike came to service the unit and do his 25 point inspection and evaluate the problem with my system. Was very professional neat and courteous and I would recommend Mach 5 and Mike to service your AC needs anytime.

Electrician Anthony visited to assess my home's electrical system, and was courteous and friendly throughout. He clearly has lots of expertise and experience and was able to explain the current state (pun intended) of my breaker setup and recommend some safety and money-saving options to consider. A positive experience, and will ask for him in future when service is needed

The service was great, Kallel was a great service guy, Came into my home and had a great attitude like he’s been at my home before and was so comfortable at my home . He worked Quickly
, knew what he had to do and the job in changing out my kitchen faucet in no time, when he was finished he went into my back yard in the dark and turned the water back on, Cane back into my home and , Cleaned his mess and took the mess that came with new and faucet with him.
