Isiah and Triston did a great job on replacing the duct work. They went above and beyond to make sure the ductwork was sealed and secure. They also replaced my electrical box and surge protector. The work was very good and has a real professional finish. When George came out to do our quote, he explained with detail what was needed we were sold on the professional knowledge right then and there. MAC 5 came in with the best quote price out of 4 quotes. Needless to say…….We are very pleased. Thank you to all the technicians and helpers involved. The office staff was very supportive for the financial assistance and scheduling was immediate.

Luis is an asset to make 5. His expertise made the job go seamless and quick to make my air conditioner work. Doing the work to the unit has made everything work so much better. Each time I've had them to my house which is many to fix problems with an older house, they've always done an excellent job.

Luis is tough!! I was very flustered with AC leaking. As soon as he arrived I unloaded on him. He smiled and kept doing his job. He did not have all the parts and pieces parts on his truck, he made a quick run to get them. So far the AC has not leaked. I'm still puzzled why the prep work was not taken care of before the new AC was installed?????

Nate Seda was the plumbing technician who worked at our condominium yesterday and today completing 2 challenging tasks - one inside a condo unit and one outside installing new underground piping, etc. He did an excellent job, was very thorough and conscious, knowledgeable, polite and professional. We had a problem with our GFCI circuit- turns out the main problem was our 40 yr old circuit panel- without getting too detailed, we contracted MAC 5 to redo our panel and update it to handle our needs, Kenny R and his “crew of 2” came out in the morning and had everything taken care of within 5 hours. Kenny ensured all outlets and major systems were performing properly. I cannot recommend Mac 5 high enough for their exceptional service, work and personnel.

Mach5 tech arrived on time. He introduced himself and started at the sink the same time I went to explain the electrical issue.
Then we both looked at each other and laughed. I had made an appointment with the wrong tech. What resulted from my mistake actually turned around to be a blessing. First he went out to his truck and spoke to the home office explaining what happened. Second he came back and thoroughly checked out the house’s
plumbing and found that our hot water heater has about an year before it would need to be changed out. Also explained about our pipes being pvc and that the piping from the wall to the heater is brittle and that too would need to be replaced.
I came to trying Mach5 because of Dell. I had a service contract with Dell but between bad customer service with the techs plus not correctly solving the issues I was in search of a better company with respectable prices and great customer service techs when I saw the sign for Mach5.
I will be renewing my service contract for another year and many more to come.

MAC5 sent out Doug to address the problem we had with no power to some outlets and a GFCI problem. Doug did a thorough inspection and told us what the problem was and figured out “the bigger picture” with the issues on our GFCI situation and our 40 yr old electrical panel. We opted for a fix that involved replacing the old panel along with our other electrical problems. If MAC 5 can be graded on an overall grade with Doug as their representative, the I would (and did) give it a 5-star review. Doug was polite, attentive, and willing to work with us to give us an affordable solution to our numerous electrical problems.

Mike installed an ac unit in our very old house. We have radiator heat and ac window units, so there was no duct work. He had to start from scratch and be very creative. He installed a main heat pump unit and 2 mini splits. Now we have windows we can look out of and a monthly electric bill that is less than half what it used to be in the summer!

7/31/26 great experience with Mike and Josh. My ac blower motor went out during the day and I was unaware. I came home immediately called them and they got right out here. there’s nothing worse than having an 80° house in the middle of summer. These guys are lifesavers.

I had a plumber from another company come to fix my shower leak, and he made it worse. He obviously didn't know what he was doing. When he told me he needed to take apart my drywall and charge me $2000, I sent him packing, and hired Ryan from Mac 5 services.

Ryan was super professional, competent, and fun. He fixed it very quickly, and without having to tear apart my drywall. I'll ask for Ryan next time I have a plumbing issue.

Technician was well-versed knew what he was doing and very helpful.

Mr Derrick is a nice guy and very knowledgeable about the problem I have. I refuse the service but I am more aware of the problem thank to his expertise.

Derrian came out to do a diagnosis of an electrical issue I’d been having with my water heater. He was on time, courteous, professional, and figured out the issue very quickly. He explained everything clearly and gave me multiple options on how I could go about fixing the situation. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their technicians, and highly recommend giving them a call if you have an issue.

We booked an appointment with Mac 5. They sent many emails confirming. On the day of the appointment they notified you by text and use an app that let you know when your technician would arrive. Our technician Mike was very nice and was able to help us find our leak.,we were offered a yearly maintenance program that incorporated our cost for the visit. We were very pleased with our technician and the company.

Doug Barr gets an honest 5 stars for his dedication to providing quality service and education to his clients. MAC 5 as a company is above par the website is extremely well-tuned, allowing you to schedule service in as little as 24 hours. I scheduled online at 5:00pm for a service call the following a.m., even though the electrician, Doug couldn’t arrive until 5:00pm the day of service it was still worth the patience. The 3-tier options for future work and code compliance are greatly appreciated as well. They conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the electrical system and infrastructure and offer finely tuned third-party financing. For veterans, they also waived the dispatch fee and offered a 10 percent discount. So in my honest review, MAC 5 is changing the game and it’s evident by the 4.8 Google rating. Also, I alluded to the fact that they are family-owned. Doug also offered us an annual membership plan that included electrical, A/C, and plumbing that is going to require a review as it’s exceptional on first presentation in regards to cost vs value. Ryan arrived and was very courteous. At first inspection of the damage to the floor he said we should disregard the leak detection and opt for the repiping. Which is what I thought I would need. Upon further inspection of the house and appliances he found I had an AC issue and cleared it. He set me up with a company to mitigate the water damage as well.
I appreciate his honesty and all of the effort he put into fixing my issues.

Torin and Eric came to replace my water heater. They did a great job with removing my old heater and connecting with new copper tubing that made the install look beautiful! Torin did a great job offering Mac's discount to make the replacement affordable. Erik also saw my main water shut off valve was old and banged up so he installed a new connection and shut off valve for no extra fee. They went the extra mile and this encouraged me to hire Mac for another plumbing project the same week! Thank you.

He was very informative. My air conditioner was not working. He got right to work on it. It had frozen because of a leak. He defrosted it and replaced what I lost. I appreciate the fact that he came out on the same day I called.

Ryan and Howard did an outstanding job replacing my old water heater with a new high efficiency heater. They had to maneuver the old one out of a very tight closet, and relocated the plumbing to the new location in the garage. They also replaced our corroded foset and toilet valves with no issues. They went above and beyond and helped me figure out the old filtration and water softener system, and made recommendations to modernize the components.

Already did this once but I guess I’ll do it again. The dude was nice and eager to help. He took pride in educating me on my system. Much Better than another local company that I found to have a predatory business model. I didn’t feel pressured to make any unnecessary purchases. I would recommend.

Kevin was fantastic. He came out to install a AutoSlide dog door opener. We previously tried to use other services that were advertising being able to do it. They all failed. We called our trusted team from Mac 5 and explained the situation and they sent Kevin out to do it. It was not easy but Kevin figured it out and installed the system.

Edgar Portillo and Triston Patterson came out to replace my hvac system. They were courteous and worked hard even coming back on Saturday to finish the job so that we would have ac .I would recommend Mac 5 services.

anthony was early to arrive, got right to work, did the repairs and maintenance items and tested the generator. when he was done, we shut the commercial power off and the solar panels off, the generator kicked on in about 10-15 seconds and ran like a champ. Good Job , Anthony.

Our AC went out late at night on a hot day. We called Mac 5 and they had a technician here within the hour. Jorge was very kind and got our air conditioner up and running in no time.

Kevin came and installed an automatic dog door opener. Completed the job with precision and great quality control. Cleaned up the area and double checked all the work.

We had an issue running outside lights at our house. Mr. Kenny came over and was very friendly and personable. He seemed genuinely interested in the issue and began to formulate a plan to fix our problem. He talked to us to clarify as to what he was going to do. He explained everything to us in detail and was very knowledgeable in electrical work. He spent the whole day crawling around our attic and working outside our home, in the middle of July; it was 93 degrees today!

He never complained once and I even offered him some cold water, but he said he had his own. When he was done, he explained how we could run this lights and not have any issues.

Salute to Mr. Kenny and everyone at MAC 5. He worked an honest days work and did a great job! Thanks so much for helping us out! Respect, sir!
