AC went out in the middle of the night. Mike showed up and worked tirelessly to run diagnostics and get it back up in running. He explained the issue well gave clear recommendations for further preventative maintenance.

After diagnosing a leak that affected one of our walls, Mac 5 performed a full repiping of our old home, due to our pipes being corroded and leading to mutile leaks in a period of months. They worked very fast and performed a minimal number of holes in the drywalls. Jack, our plumber, was very professional and friendly and took great care of cleaning the work areas before he left. We will certainly use Mac5 Services again.

I’ve had a few people come to my house for AC maintenance. They all were pro their company they work for. But Michael came today and I’ve never been treaded like a friend. Michael was not only VERY professional on doing all the maintenance, but he related to me like someone who had my beat interest at hand. I was like WOW!. I felt so comfortable to but the maintenance plan because i want Michael to come and treat my AC like he did today.

Out of all the people that i have come to my house to check AC or other appliances, i have never trusted someone like Mike. OMG, he made me feel so comfortable and Like I was talking to a family member who had my best interest in mind. Never seen one person like that before.

He was very professional, very willing to answer all of my questions, careful with the cleanliness and made very good analysis of areas that needed improvement and safety standards according to code. Once again. MAC5 has come through with excellent service. Michael Campion and Malcom made a fantastic work effort with the maintenance of our A/C system on September 17th in the morning. I have never, and I mean NEVER had such a thorough maintenance on our A/C system. They went through every segment and were nice enough to answer all of my questions, plus explain everything they were looking at with a friendly and professional attitude. They obviously knew the system and made suggestions for the future maintenance to extend the life of the unit. I intend to ask for them specifically when my next service comes due. I would highly recommend MAC5 fora ny A/C system work.

Our experience with Joe at MAC5 was above and beyond what we would have expected. We had problems with our plumbing and Joe assessed the issues and provided us with explanations for correcting the problems. Needed a hot water heater replaced, Rob and Jim showed, gave me all the information I needed above what I already knew to make an informed decision, then got me fixed up. As a bonus, they helped me locate my water cut-off, which had been long buried by a previous homeowner. They were great, respectful, and efficient!

Doug always take the time to explain problems and the options I have to take care of the issues that exist. Always pleasant and professional. dh

SUPER efficient and productive. We were quoted a 1-2 day completion time for our repiping project and Clinton and Anthony arrived first thing in the morning and were done by 3pm on a Friday.

Ian came a week later to do a new electrical panel and install a generator. Finished a couple hours earlier than quoted!

Update: called Mac5 again recently for a blown fuse and a couple other projects. They came out same day and fixed everything up, while explaining what was happening. Another great experience!

Our technician, Izaiyah, was phenomenal. Very hard working and professional. He really cared about doing a great job and that showed in the work he did for us while installing new HVAC ducts. Izaiyah went out of his way to make sure we were happy with his service, so much so that I mentioned to him that he should get a raise.

Can’t recommend them enough! Our unit broke days before our baby was due. We talked to multiple people at the company and they really came together to help us as best as possible. We had a pleasure of having Matt coming out to my house to replace a GFIC Plug. While we had problems locating the breaker, Matt took the time to make sure to do a full electrical inspection, including the ground lines outside the house also gave me some helpful suggestions the things that need servicing soon. This is all done at a very reasonable price and Matt skill certainly showed as he had to take his time to find the power to turn off. That area of the house. Went online to set up a consultation visit for the installation of 2 electrical outlets in my home. To my surprise, there was a same day opportunity for a technician to evaluate my situation. Sebastian arrived in less than an hour from the time I completed the online request. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and provided several options for my situation. Overall, it was a great first impression. At the time of this review, I’m in the process of weighing the pros and cons of the various options.

Mac 5 definitely came to our rescue to solve sparking fuses in a sub panel. Ivan went above and beyond in his replacement of the panel. He stayed late and did a thorough job. He was trustworthy, hard-working, and an obvious quality guy. He also knew what he was doing. My only issue With the going rate for these kind of jobs is that it seems so high. I’m a grumpy old man though. I am really grateful for Mac 5 and ivan.

We had a great experience with MAC 5, especially with Joshua Perryman, who serviced our air conditioners. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain his findings and recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that he didn’t just tell us what needed to be done—he explained the “why” behind his recommendations.

He also provided us with a folder containing our service information and coupons for future services, which was a nice extra touch. Joshua did a great job and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. We’ll definitely be using MAC 5 again!

I had a water heater timer that was buzzing. You could here it everywhere in the house. Joe inspected my system and then we talked over the solution. We decided the best way forward was to remove the timer. Joe went to work and he finished up in short order. Joe is a good guy who is clearly competent and fast. I have no problem reccomending him highly.

Mike came through and gathered the preliminary information he needed to perform his inspection. Afterwards, he told me where the leak was that was causing my increased water bill, and offered me several different options to address the problem from basic (flapper & valve) to full rebuild and reinstallation. I chose the latter because that option addressed an every facet of my problem completely. Mike arrived on time, was polite, and knowledgeable about what was needed. MAC 5 Services will be here tomorrow to complete the job.

He talked me through a cautionary tale on my 2007 water heater 😬 and showed me some options for replacement. He wasn't pushy or obnoxious but he stressed that I should keep an eye on it. I used MAC5 to check for a plumbing leak at one of my rental properties.I received a text with the technician’s name and photo. Robert Bailey arrived early, was professional, thorough and provided a detailed report. He did not find a plumbing (thankfully) but took the time to check for other issues and offer solutions (such as standing rain water near the foundation.). I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

Torin was able to provide sink repairs that we needed to stop the leaking we were experiencing. He was professional throughout the process and provided more information than what was expected. The only thing I would improve on is providing appointment times but that seems more of a company issue than individual issue. I am busy and not provided a time when services would be available make it hard for me to do anything else. Other than that this company and plumber have my recommendation!
