I had Roger and Pedro at my house yesterday to install a new HVAC system. eeek! They did a GREAT job; everything is running as it should and I am set for cool air all summer. I love my new wifi thermostat. They made the entire process very pleasant! Another great visit from mac5–Jorge is super professional and a lovely, friendly man. Darion did a great job installing a new gargage disposal. He was very efficient and had a pleasant personality. Since I've had recent shoulder surgery, he offered to take the old one and take it out to my receptacle in the shed. He also was very neat and did not leave any leftover mess for me to clean up. I'd say he's a keeper for MAC 5. (Give him a good bonus for traveling all the way to the East coast from Orlando daily...that's a lot of gas!). Mike came on short notice on a Sunday and helped with a root cause investigation for a flooding incident. He recommended a follow up that we agreed with to help ensure it doesn’t happen again. Mike is a solid professional with deep expertise and knowledge.

I needed to have a small transformer changed out for my doorbell ring doorbell and ring had also provided something to go in where the door chime was. Jackson came over and did just what I needed. He was very professional very courteous. He also pointed out some things that we need to fix that I couldn’t do right now, but I appreciate him pointing those out cause it will need to be done. I can recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Chris Pena finally resolved a chronic issue with our A/C that could have been a result of a problem left behind by the original installer or by a previous service tech. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Absolute 5-star rating for Chris! But... will be following up with management about why this problem took visits from multiple service techs before one was sent who could address the issue.

Darion Myles was GREAT! He came out on his day off (Late Friday) and found the issue, arranged the needed and possibly needed parts then came back early Saturday morning and made all the needed repairs so we can get our new appliances installed today.

Mike was my HVAC technician today, he was very transparent and easy to talk to, he did the required maintenance work swiftly, and possibly saved me a great deal of time and money.

Both times he has been to the house he has pointed out the incompetence of the our builder Price Family twice. This time was an improperly installed and lose outlet.

Michael was super professional and courteous. He was able to explain and handle our UV lamp replacement very quickly, while also tightening up our A/C system to be sure it runs efficiently. He also made sure we were pleased with his work and made sure he left our home very clean. Thank you for hiring him!

Clinton and Anthony arrived at my house on a Thursday morning to re-pipe the entire house and replace the water heater, as I had a leak in my slab. They told me they've been working together for five years as a team, and it was pretty obvious that they knew what they were doing. They worked independently most of the time, they were efficient and knowledgeable, and finished the job in about five hours. Kudos to these two young men for doing such a good job!

I was going to replace the toilet valve on 2 toilets inside the tank when I discovered that the shut off valve was leaking on one of the toilets and needed to be replaced. I called MAC5 and they sent my technician Brad. Brad was fantastic! Professional and polite and provided an estimate before doing any work. This put my mind at ease as I knew there would be no hidden costs. Brad completed all the work and I am extremely satisfied with the service. I will definitely be using MAC5 again! Highly recommend.

As a first-time customer of Mac 5 Services, I found the experience to be excellent. I requested a service check for my home air conditioning unit based on a friend's recommendation. When I contacted the company the receptionist was courteous and promptly scheduled a same-day appointment. The technician, Oniel, conducted a thorough inspection of the unit and accurately identified the issues present. He also took the time to explain preventive measures for future maintenance. Although he addressed several of the identified issues, time constraints late in the evening required him to schedule a follow-up visit to complete the remaining tasks. Mike and Richard were here because of thermostat problems they were amazing and took their time to work things out. They even went the extra mile and contacted the manufacturer to get information to get things right

Jackson was very professional and efficient. Thought the price was steep, but that’s not on him. Plus, can’t really put a price on household safety. My ground was almost disintegrated and there was only one. He found the issue and installed two ground points and new wire. Did a very good job. Didn’t leave a mess, as some digging was required. Very pleased with his services, price, well not so much.

Andre did a phenomenal job explaining everything that was needed, options, and getting the work done.

Jackson provided excellent service with checking electrical components, educating me on what they do and how, and making recommendations to maintain a healthy, fully functional dwelling.

Complete replacing and reworking my kitchen sink drains disposal and sink drains. Next day service and did very good work. First disposal was manufactured defect. Tech took it back to have it replaced. Very happy with this technician and the company.

I am a sales agent for a 55+ community. I have used Mac5 several times. Anthony has done 2 services at different homes in our development. Both jobs were done fast, professionally and reasonably priced. Anthony arrived early. Dispatch does a great job with communications by the way. Anthony explained the process of the repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great vibe. He also quickly gave me everything I needed to get to the Home Inspector to update the inspection and got this home closed on schedule. Torin from MAC-5 was here Wednesday to do a plumbing inspection and then today to replace my hot water heater. He and his trainee were respectful of my time and my property, friendly but professional, and very efficient. They provided excellent service. Brad was at my house on Saturday to install a new shower drain pipe. It was a long and messy job, but he and his assistant were efficient and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. The tile company started yesterday and said Brad did a very nice job of preparing the shower for them. Robert was here today and efficiently cleared clogs in my sink and my shower. Chuck was here today to do the annual plumbing review. When I mentioned that my garbage disposal wasn't working, he immediately checked it, found the problem, and fixed it. I am always impressed by the quality of MAC-5's service. Mark was here this week to help me with a clogged sink. Although he tried, the problem was more complicated than we expected. While Mark correctly diagnosed the problem, it required more sophisticated tools than he had on hand. MAC-5 sent out Robert 2 days later with the equipment that Mark identified was needed, and the clog was completely removed. James at MAC-5 just disconnected the water line to my refrigerator for me. It was working fine, but there is a kink in the line in the refrigerator, so I haven't been getting water or ice for over a year now, and occasionally it would leak a bit. It was a lot less expensive to cap the water line than to have the refrigerator repaired. James was on time, efficient, and has a good sense of humor.

I needed help to get a garbage disposal installed and got same day service. I was very happy about. When Howard arrived he immediately got to work. He surprised me with how professional and friendly he was. As we talked I learned that he is exceptionally knowledgeable and the kind of person I would like as a friend.
