As a first-time customer of Mac 5 Services, I found the experience to be excellent. I requested a service check for my home air conditioning unit based on a friend's recommendation. When I contacted the company the receptionist was courteous and promptly scheduled a same-day appointment. The technician, Oniel, conducted a thorough inspection of the unit and accurately identified the issues present. He also took the time to explain preventive measures for future maintenance. Although he addressed several of the identified issues, time constraints late in the evening required him to schedule a follow-up visit to complete the remaining tasks. I appreciate Mac 5 for their service, particularly for assigning technician Oneil, who demonstrated politeness, professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend!!

Jackson was very professional and efficient. Thought the price was steep, but that’s not on him. Plus, can’t really put a price on household safety. My ground was almost disintegrated and there was only one. He found the issue and installed two ground points and new wire. Did a very good job. Didn’t leave a mess, as some digging was required. Very pleased with his services, price, well not so much.

I am a sales agent for a 55+ community. I have used Mac5 several times. Anthony has done 2 services at different homes in our development. Both jobs were done fast, professionally and reasonably priced. Anthony arrived early. Dispatch does a great job with communications by the way. Anthony explained the process of the repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great vibe. He also quickly gave me everything I needed to get to the Home Inspector to update the inspection and got this home closed on schedule. Truly a pleasurable experience all around. I would highly recommend Mac5 for their professionalism and quality of workmanship.

Torin from MAC-5 was here Wednesday to do a plumbing inspection and then today to replace my hot water heater. He and his trainee were respectful of my time and my property, friendly but professional, and very efficient. They provided excellent service. Brad was at my house on Saturday to install a new shower drain pipe. It was a long and messy job, but he and his assistant were efficient and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. The tile company started yesterday and said Brad did a very nice job of preparing the shower for them. Robert was here today and efficiently cleared clogs in my sink and my shower. Chuck was here today to do the annual plumbing review. When I mentioned that my garbage disposal wasn't working, he immediately checked it, found the problem, and fixed it. I am always impressed by the quality of MAC-5's service. Mark was here this week to help me with a clogged sink. Although he tried, the problem was more complicated than we expected. While Mark correctly diagnosed the problem, it required more sophisticated tools than he had on hand. MAC-5 sent out Robert 2 days later with the equipment that Mark identified was needed, and the clog was completely removed. James at MAC-5 just disconnected the water line to my refrigerator for me. It was working fine, but there is a kink in the line in the refrigerator, so I haven't been getting water or ice for over a year now, and occasionally it would leak a bit. It was a lot less expensive to cap the water line than to have the refrigerator repaired. James was on time, efficient, and has a good sense of humor.

I needed help to get a garbage disposal installed and got same day service. I was very happy about. When Howard arrived he immediately got to work. He surprised me with how professional and friendly he was. As we talked I learned that he is exceptionally knowledgeable and the kind of person I would like as a friend.

Hi when I was on our porch n I have my bible prayer room i went to plug in the top fan to run this would not stay in the outlet n the bottom outlet for power strip for charging my phone n our small fan that works really well to cool me down including the ceiling fan that Mac 5 put in also, so I said to my husband n daughter the plugs are not staying in at all so I called Mac 5 n they said the electrician is still on another job we will give you a $50.00 dollar discount i said thank you so the Electrician came into the porch n saw 👀 my dilemma how 🤔 two plugs 🔌 plugs 🔌 wouldn't stay in the electric box they put in our wall with the ceiling fan, the electrician said it's pretty new just push the two plugs 🔌 plugs 🔌 in harder n everything went on n showed me how to close the outer cover then checked ✔️ the closet wall 🧱 with the break, n I say this Electrician 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for doing awesome 👌 job 😀,May Our Lord Jesus Christ Bless this Electrician n the whole Company Mac 5 this is not only where I listen to The Message of Our Lord Jesus Christ through Our Prophet Brother Branham but it's where the cat's join with me n my husband join me too. 😃 😊 😀.

Derrick is a down-to-earth guy. He spoke plainly and politely. He explained everything clearly and explained the different pathways to solve my problem. His help has allowed me to make good problem on solving my outdoor draining issues (several hundred feet of buried drain line). Wanted my main water ball valve replaced with a more robust valve than the builder had used which was PVC. Mac 5 used a high quality brass valve. Some minor excavation was performed and work was completed quickly and without incident. The second portion of the job was to install an outside shower with both running hot and cold. We also added a new hose bib where the water came through the exterior wall of the house. Work was plum and level, neatly insulated, and tested for leaks. Both Kallel and Ralph were true professionals and I would highly recommend them.

SUPER efficient and productive. We were quoted a 1-2 day completion time for our repiping project and Clinton and Anthony arrived first thing in the morning and were done by 3pm on a Friday. Ian came a week later to do a new electrical panel and install a generator. Finished a couple hours earlier than quoted! Very satisfied!

I called at 4:30 with a water main leak and they were here before 6. I love that I could see when they were on the way and a picture of the plumber being sent. They did a great job super fast.

Eduardo, and Edgar did an exemplary job redoing my HVAC ducting .I had a busy day was able to get my pet taken to the emergency clinic while leaving them to do the job and when I came home that evening I was able to sign them off that they performed their duties and they cleaned up the flakes and debris that fell inside the home while they where replacing said ducting. Appreciate the attention to detail especially in this unforgiving heat.

We just had Derek over to fix a busted pipe that was leaking onto our garage. After expressing the urgency of our situation, the dispatcher was kind enough to bump us up the queue with no additional charge. Derek was prompt and coordinated with our landlord to address the problem in a professional and timely manner. It was very hot today and he had no issues working out on the heat. He was a life saver.

You can tell he actually cares about doing the job correctly instead of just trying to get through the appointment as fast as possible. The best service I have ever received as a home owner. Eddie and Edgar are not only superior technicians, they are great guys, polite and friendly. Worked until 1030 Pm to make sure we had a cool sleeping environment . I will never use anyone else for HVAC and plumbing. Also had water heater installed on the same day.

Good service & quick

Called for plumbing services first thing in the morning and started receiving messages informing me when the technician would arrive. I then received a message from Austin the plumbing technician that he was on his way. He arrived just before noon and quickly assessed the plumbing issue and presented the two repair options. Austin did a great job and in a timely manner and with quality workmanship. I would definitely request Austin again for any future plumbing repairs.

Roger and Eduardo did a great job installing my mini split in my garage. Mac 5 took care of handling all the permits too, which made it easy. The install was good and quick. The installers were professional and kind. I would highly recommend Mac 5 services if you’re looking for HVAC and / or electrical work done in the Orlando area. You can’t beat the price or service!

Excellent service, MAC 5 and Camden our technician were professional and reliable in a time of need. We had the free consultations for plumbing, electrical and A/C and weren’t pressured for overpriced work. We had one exterior outlet replaced for a decent price with a year warranty with multiple replacements possible. The price was reasonable for the efficiency and speedy response provided. Thank you Camden and MAC 5 for being there!

Torin Glover did excellent work installng our new sinks in 2 bathrooms, reconfiguring the plumbing and replacing old plumbing parts. Mr. Glover was patient, walked us through the steps to complete the financing process and my bathroom sinks are beautifull now.

Shay at the office was awesome, very friendly and patient. Ryan was very knowledgeable punctual and also friendly. PRICES A LITTLE more steep than others however They do value customer service more than pricing which is why they negotiated a better price and That's always a plus in my book.

I appreciate the expertise, time and detailed work that John B and John Rubio did for our air conditioning system. They did a thorough tune up for our home air conditioning system that pinpointed ways to improve efficiency, fix existing problems and save money. I highly recommend Mac5.
