Roger and Mickey technicians worked for 3 full days in the attic replacing all ductwork. In this heat, they were very efficient and polite. Explained things to me, reviewed photos of completed work. Thank you. (Even though it was a very expensive job)

John R & John F from Mac 5 Services came out to service our AC unit and also gave us a quote for new duct work and insulation. Had an ac issue at the house and given the backup of work that was in the schedule they still made it out to me same day and got my ac cooling so we could all sleep good. Our technician Christopher was apologetic and genuine about it since we had an extended wait time but he worked quickly and effectively whilst explaining everything he was doing in great detail. Wanted my main water ball valve replaced with a more robust valve than the builder had used which was PVC. Mac 5 used a high quality brass valve. Some minor excavation was performed and work was completed quickly and without incident. The second portion of the job was to install an outside shower with both running hot and cold. We also added a new hose bib where the water came through the exterior wall of the house. Work was plum and level, neatly insulated, and tested for leaks. Both Kallel and Ralph were true professionals and I would highly recommend them.
