I'm grateful for Mac 5 services. They are very professional and efficient in their work. I got an AC service and my electrical work from Mac 5, and I’m satisfied with their job every time. For my AC repair they sent technician Mike he explained everything and he was very professional. My AC got fixed and I was educated about it. Thank you for your services I recommended 10/10 satisfied.

Chris did trouble shooting assessment. Very personable, knowledgeable. Explained all the readings and recommended what was urgent and what could wait. Next day Luis did a great job installing what we agreed on. Also very personable and efficient. The scheduling staff was also wonderful and very accommodating since we only had a two day window for fixing the issue. Thanks so much to MAC5 staff!

Jackson from Mac5 came out to address a problem with a circuit that caused an outage in 4 areas in my house. Today is the third day I have been living without power. I called Mac5 this morning and Jackson arrived promptly at my home. He is professional and courteous. After a brief diagnosis, Jackson was able to identify the area at the root cause of my outage. He offered me options for resolution including the most cost effective one. While here Jackson inspected other areas of concern, grounding and a higher voltage surge protector.. I highly recommend Jackson to address homeowners electrical needs. Mac5 also handles plumbing, AC, air handlers and water heaters. I believe I have found one stop shopping for all home maintenance needs!
